The Playlist 8/4
Last night’s show was interesting, my fiancée was with me and was distracting me by making shark faces at me in the beginning so I ended up having the whole sequencing of mic breaks, announcements, and songs off all night. It turned out to be pretty cool actually. I generally have a standard way of putting the show together and it’s been a long time since I really varied that. This was a welcome change and made everything feel much less mechanical.
The early part of the show started of rather fuzzy (band sound-wise), but that worked out somewhat well. Entirely unintentional. I also liked the new Steel Train song I played too…which was unexpected.
